Kwik Fit - London - Wimbledon

The only Kwik Fit which had a tyre for my VW in stock last Sunday. Great team of guys who quickly swapped my damaged tyre for a brand new one and even added a welcome discount too! Highly recommend this garage for both great customer service and integrity. Thank you.

This is the second time I have been to the Wimbledon store and it will be the last. Both times I have gone the guy in reception seams over stretched and stressed. Not enough staff there I think. He is rude to you if you are trying to find out how long is left as I was running out of time on my lunch break. I got there at 11.20am 10mins early I asked at 12.10 how long is it going to be he said 10mins or so your appointment is 1hr long. As I was due back at work I said he can keep the car until I finish at 3pm but he was abrupt and rude as he said he had no space. I pointed out that he still had my tracking to check and it would give them time and he said I could come back on a later date. As my last tyres were unevenly worn I wasn't happy with this response as didn't want to damage my new tyres. As I really didn't have time he in the end let me leave my car and did check the tracking which was ok. I would use your company again but never the Wimbledon branch.

I called on Friday afternoon to see if they had any availability to check and fix a malfunction indicator light and pressure monitoring system indicator - as I had called another Kwik fit and they gave me an appointment after 3 weeks. I have been told to pop in at any time. When I reached the garage they were quite busy, but nonetheless they found the time to fit me in between already booked appointments. The owner (or the manager) was extremely polite and super efficient. He fixed one of the issue straight away- for the other I need to provide him with a piece and he will then fix it. I was very impressed by his professionalism and his flexibility. Not everyone would have fit me in a busy daily schedule! Even if the garage is a little farther away from my place, I will definitely come back for Service and MOT. Highly recommended!

The agreed works were completed as promised. The engineer also suggested wheel alignment in the front which was completed at the same time. All good and the car drives like new with the new front tyres.

Very expensive compared to local small garages tyre cost combined with labour cost as added fee for example a low cheep and cheerful tyre costing 60 to 70 pounds were quoted 120 for mid tier and mid tier was 80 from them on 16 inch tyre non sports tyre.

Is okay if your in need for quick tyre but would suggest just compare prices you could be surprised like I was as always thought quick fit were cheaper.

They are not cheap but ready to help, when needed.
Waiting room is ok. They fixed my exhaust gasket and a few other things on my Vectra.
One of the pipe hangers had to be again replaced, when I came home, driving 3000km, what is a question of the OEM parts they use.

Had a suspect tyre puncture on a recently repaired tyre. Brought my car in to have it checked. Luckily for me the tyre just needed air. Tyre pressures for all tyres checked and corrected. Friendly and helpful staff and I didn’t have to wait long.

Managed to get a decent deal on tyres, book a good fitting slot locally and the fitting was done in a flash.
