We send vehicles and aid to Ukraine. Bradley & his team have looked after a number of our cars now and prepped them for the long drive. Before the war I had a very pleasant experience here with my own vehicle; I'm delighted to find a mechanic that cares more about service than profit. Above and beyond and very caring staff. The manager Mary and the team are absolutely wonderful! Definitely helped me a lot with my car! Explained everything to ensure I understood and was absolutely happy with the service before leaving.

I recently visited the Kwik Fit in Hounslow to get replacement rear brake drums fitted to my Nissan Micra
I highly recommend the Kwik Fit Team at Hounslow and especially the Branch Manager whose name was Mary.
Mary was absolutely brilliant and so helpful.
She really made me feel valued as a customer and made sure that my repair work was done in a timely manner.
My brake drums were fitted by a experienced brake technician. His name was Alfie and he was brilliant.
Mary personally inspected the repair work on completion.
I highly recommend Kwik Fit at Hounslow to all customers.

I would like to share my feedback to Kwik Fit Hounslow Branch. The online booking is user friendly and manage to book MOT with a detail instructions and payment was settle without any issue. I can analyze that this garage has been utilize for services and patronize due to the fact the bookings are indeed at that time was mostly full.
On the day, I also did receive a pleasant greeting and information about the MOT by (Mr. D M ) on time and inspection started promptly. Furthermore, I have observe other staffs were all professional and well oriented in dealing with other customers needs.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the outcome of my MOT test and I believe that this garage is trustworthy and staffs are dedicated to their work. I hope Kwik Fit management would always see the goodness and dedication of their staffs and provide benefits and competitive salary for a better future. With this, They may feel more motivation, loyal to their job and provide a great service to keep the company progress and building customers trust and satisfaction.

I had an excellent experience yesterday. Mary the manager was very helpful. One can see she is very well organised and manages the garage with knowledge, experience and enthusiasm. I will go back again if needed. After some time this place has superb manager again. Well done!
