Kwik Fit - Cambridge - Cherry Hinton

Excellent fast and great service when my car hit a curb and I wrecked the tyre and crawled the car into the garage. So helpful and welcoming and they managed to fit me into the busy schedule. Waiting for the work to be done in the reception room and it struck me how professionally, efficiently and politely they dealt with the customers.

Called in with a rear n/s puncture, I was attended to immediately and the repair was carried quickly and efficiently. Staff were all very polite. I would have no hesitation in using them again and would recommend them wholeheartedly

My tire pressure monitoring light was on on during a working morning. On my way to work I stopped by and the guys at this Kwik fit saved my day. In less than 30 min I was good to go. They checked the pressure on all 4 wheels, and all this for free.

I needed a puncture fixed and was dealt with immediately. The repaired tyre was back on within 10 mins `good to go'. I didn't have any cash handy and their card reader was playing up so they just let me have the repair for free. Really excellent service and good will - I'll be back for more.

I decided to stop using my usual 'three-lettered fast fit garage' after their online booking system allowed me (and my partner and my brother) to book an MOT on a day they don't even open!

So I needed to get my VW Golf's MOT done elsewhere but I am super wary of fast fit garages usually. This branch of Kwik Fit was literally just around the corner from me though so I thought it was convenient if nothing else.

However, I needn't have worried; the guys at Kwik Fit were genuine & honest & my Golf passed it's MOT no problem. The service was fast, friendly & efficient and great value too. I will be bringing my partner's car for its MOT here now too and I will not be going back to my previous 'three-lettered fast fit garage' ever again!

Had a small emergency. Went there without an appointment when i told them I needed to head back to London with kids in a few hours. They quickly helped to resolve the issue. Very nice of them. They knew the issue and resolved in 15 mins
