VSC Car Servicing & Mot - RAC Approved

Very friendly and helpful staff. Had a number of email reminders about my upcoming Mot and also a phone call. Even had a text reminder on a Sunday the day before the appointment. Very professional outfit and would highly recommend them.

Very disappointed, used a pick up and drop off service, wrote in the notes to not bring back the car unless the service warning light is off, which they keep forgetting to reset, it's the 3rd year in a row they forgot to switch it off and had to drive the car back to the repair center. MOT was botched. Was told that if I opted for a repair for a minor advisory warning my MOT will be clear, this did not happen and I ended up getting a FAIL on the MOT and then a second test with a Pass with advisory on the second time even though I paid to get the issue fixed! They found a issue with the front side light so I paid for a new one and it ended up that light is not working, had to return to the center to get it fixed. This is the last time I will use their services.

I cannot recommend VSC enough especially Jeff who has sorted the issue with my car within 2 days as opposed to another garage taking a month. Im extremely happy with not only how professional all members of staff are but also how well the information has been communicated to myself. Im so glad I decided to bring my car here & Ill be using them for any future problems too. Thank you so much for being so efficient & providing an excellent service. Regards Anneka

Overall a great service! My online MOT booking via the RAC website hadn't registered on their system but they didn't turn me away and still did my MOT even though they were busy. Definitely recommend VSC.

I booked a short notice MOT with VSC and was really pleased with the response. The team communicated well and kept me up to date throughout.

Endless diagnostic for VW losing power. Ended up taking it to VW dealer who done it in 2 hours. What does Bosch Service certification really means? What I know is that I will not use this garage again!

I go to this garage for MOT tests for the 3 cars in my family in the last 3 years. Though recently the last 2 times I took my cars there for the MOT checks, they both came out with faults that I had to get fixed. They don’t admit it. Last time, the mechanic put back the engine under cover wrongly which came off when I was driving the car on the motorway at high speed. I had to get that fixed.
This time I took my other car and since then I have sensor faults apprising. Went back and they cancelled the error without fixing the problem but after an hour, the errors are back. I will have to go to another garage to get that fixed.
I don’t trust the mechanics knowledge on cars - they are just basic trained.
