Myself and my family have been going to RPM for years and years. They are always prompt and professional. I really appreciate that they take the time to explain any problems, give advice and answer queries.
They're a fantastic team who are always warm, welcoming and understanding. They provide excellent service and you're kept informed every step of the way.

Today, Ozzy and Claire dealt with my car and I. They both gave me great customer service and a welcome laugh too!

Came here on a recommendation of a friend and can honestly say I will never use another garage again. Ozzy and Claire in the office are fantastic. They kept me updated from the 1st phone call to the final invoice. Due to the issues I had with my car I was expecting a expensive bill but was really pleasantly surprised with how cost effective they are. Even the mechanic who worked on my car took the time to explain in detail exactly what had been done and gave me fantastic advise on future issues. Thanks rpm

Super friendly and helpful garage. My battery was flat and I didn't have anyone to help me jump start. I rang and spoke to someone who was really friendly and sent someone out within 5 MINUTES! When I asked how much they would charge they said it was free and just to consider them next time I needed work. The guy who came to jump start was equally friendly so couldn't have asked for more.

This garage is amazing. Competent, professional and take responsibility for the job. They undertook to investigate an overheat problem, which lead to a full engine replacement. They went ‘the extra mile’ and got the job done! Ozzie is so good and Claire was always up to speed with progress. I’m sure they are supported by a very competent team but I didn’t meet anyone else!

They are a friendly, professional team that take the time to explain what is wrong and what is needed to fix it. They leave no stone unturned when trying to find parts for our cars either. I can not recommend RPM enough! They have always been reliable and very professional. The customer service is faultless! I have used them for many years now with different cars and vans and they have never let me down. I have had many different problems over the years from brakes to new clutch, DPF problems and more. and every time they have sorted it with no problem with a short turn around. They have really gone above and beyond many times. The staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and down to earth . To sum it up I would recommend them over any main dealership that I have used in the past. 5*
