I don’t usually write reviews, but this one is fully deserved. Outstanding service with outstanding quality and all done with a smile. I live 45 minutes away from this garage but I’d return to it in a heartbeat. Reasonable prices were the icing on the cake for me as I didn’t feel like I was overcharged at all; in fact I think it’s great value for money. 10/10 would 100% recommend to a friend.

I was recommended this place but was disappointed with the outcome.
I was overcharged and was lied to twice by Steve about the overall service and errors appearing on my dashboard in my car.

I went for a full service check with these guys and the job wasn't done correctly. Not only did I not get any information or a receipt on what checks were completed, there was no windscreen wash and coolant in my car after checking this a day after the service. If I wanted a receipt I was told by Steve that I would have had to pay extra £30 for the receipt for VAT which means they did not put my service through the books properly.

The Coolant and service icon kept appearing on my dashboard a few days after. I called them up about this and was told that there is another issue with the engine (which was incorrect).
I challenged this with the garage and they informed me that there must have been a leak in the car.

After going to another garage, I watched them add windscreen wash and Coolant and a week later the coolant is still visible and checked for any possible leaks and couldn't find any.

My overall experience was terrible and I am very disappointed with Steve. I was recommended by my family and Steve kept on using the excuse that he knows my family and would give me family rates. Do not use him otherwise you will be ripped off.

Don't believe the other reviews! These are the issues I experienced on my first visit and will never go there again!

- I booked an appointment and nobody had a clue when I arrived (however, fit me in since there wasn't anybody else there)
- Told me the interim service will take 45mins and I went on a walk. When I returned after 60mins, they hadn't even started the works. I was kept there for 2.5hrs despite telling them thrice I had to be somewhere
- While booking the appointment, I clearly said I wanted a premium branded spare tyre (even mentioned Michelin, Bridgestone etc) and was told by the owner that they stocked all brands. When I reached there, he said they only stocked local budget tyres and then charged me as much as a premium tyre
- Kept me standing for the payment for 45mins and kept on doing other things (laughing on phone, etc) with zero regard for customer's time
