I needed my car adapted. Andy was amazing and fitted the part I needed and talked me through it. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Had my Mot done with Service Stop (do not use them under any circumstances) I was told by them that I needed to pay them 1.5k because my car hadn't passed the mot and that what it would cost to make it road legal again. Called up Brunel and they told me I was being over charged . So I got my car back and took it to brunel , they did another Mot on it and turns out the only thing wrong with the car was there was a bulb that needed changing . Am so grateful for Brunel will be going back to them everytime ! Thanks you

These gentleman are the best I found in my local area.
They’re absolute polite, professional and they explain each and every piece of work they do for those who aren’t mechanical knowledgeable like myself.

What I love about this place of business guys as well is when you call in afternoon on my occasions they are consistent with bringing your motor the very next morning. Unlike other places when they say full booked until next year (hypothetically speaking)

Bought a car for my son which needed quite a few things fixed. These guys were amazing, so helpful and thorough. Kept
me updated about what needed to be done, kept the car a bit longer and found a tiny fault which was causing a lot of issues. Will
always take the car to them. What I really liked was their positivity and reassurance.

Andy was amazing! Literally amazing! I needed handcontrols fitted to my car. I emailed several companies and rang a few but nobody got back to me. Then I contacted Andy and I was so glad I did. He understood my needs from the start. He made sound suggestions and guided us through the process. We visited him at the garage and he demonstrated the options. Once decided he carried out the work to a very high standard and kept me informed right the way through. The work was finished super quickly. Andy then spent time with me driving around making sure I knew how to work the controls. Andy is one of life's true gems, it is easy to see he loves what he does and genuinely wants the best for each customer and makes time for you. I cannot recommend Brunel highly enough! Superb!

If I could give Andy and his team at Brunel more stars I would. After being referred to them by a friend after being overcharged by main dealerships and having substandard work undertaken by previous mechanics they really are a top class garage. My car broke down late last Friday evening I called ahead to ask if the recovery vehicle could deliver my car to their premises which they agreed. They brought forward my planned service and MOT and also agreed to fix the issues from the breakdown. Although the final invoice was enough to make my eyes water, ALL of it was necessary and was very clearly explained. Their communication has always been brilliant and they have never completed work on my vehicles that was not in my best interest. I don’t see myself taking any of my vehicles anywhere else now and they come highly recommended to anyone looking for a trustworthy local garage.

Used this garage today for the first time and very impressed. An independent Ford garage they were able to help me with my car problem and gave advice on the way forward. Back there next week to complete the job once the part is available.
