MOT test, very organised and friendly service. Liam was very welcoming and had nice conversation with us while we were waiting to get our MOT done. Very concise and thorough search on my car. And I passed it too.

Liam was super helpful and professional. What a great Manager to have representing your business. Really polite and good with people. Only had an MOT but I would definitely use Halfords again.

I was struggling to change my tyre when two lovely ladies came to my rescue and put my spare on for me. I was so impressed with how helpful they were and really appreciated their help. Excellent customer service.

Took my car for an MOT and was failed. The reasons given were that my headlight aim was too low and excessive play in wheel bearing. After being told about the fail I was told there was a mechanic who worked here and also done private work and that he could fix these. I booked my car into another MOT centre who advised me that the wheel bearing had a very slight play and the headlights were perfect. I booked Halfords because I didn’t want to get ripped off and thought as they were only doing the MoT then I wouldn’t be able to. £40 down the drain. Avoid at all costs. Speaking to the other MoT centres mechanics and 2 of the customers, everyone seems to have had bad experiences here

The mechanics were unable of diagnosing a simple leaking of coolant in my Audi A1.
The car would smoke when engine at regular temperature. I a complete novice was able to see the dripping off pink coolant in the the engine bay.
When questioned how I can find the problem but the mechanics can't the receptionist simple shrugged. And charged me for the info that I should proberly change my tyres next year.

I never do reviews, but I had to for this place. They saved me an absolute fortune! I really want to shout out Jo (on front desk) and Farrel (in the workshop)
I was turned away from numerous garages for a “tricky” light bulb change. However these ladies sorted this out for me in less then 20 mins!
They were efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly persistent! They did not give up!
Their persistence saved me nearly £500. Just what a young mum needed during this difficult time.

Booked in here for mot engineer waited for me to leave building then phoned to tell me wouldn’t do work because the seats were too dirty. The man works with oil drivers seat was clean anyway. Wouldn’t come out to explain himself to me. Absolute joke of a shop never use them!!!
