Very friendly and understanding staff. Had my car in for an MOT and unfortunately it failed, the mechanic was really polite and knowledgeable, helped me to know my options. Will be coming back again whenever I need an MOT

Great professional service. Took my mondeo to various garages who all have me conflicting views on the fault and also quoting me a price of almost £ 1000. As the diesel particle filter was blocked most said it needed replacing some said it was ok to continue driving preferably at high revs and a low gear. One garage also told me to drive on the motorway for a couple of hundred miles at a high speed.All this advice would have made the car worse.THE GARAGE DIAGNOSED THE FAULT. WHICH IN FACT WAS A SENSOR, ONCE REPLACED CLEANED THE DPF, REGENED THE CAR. JOB DONE.
UP AND RUNNING IN DAY AND A HALF. AT A FRACTION OF THE PRICE SAVING ME AT LEAST £1000. THANKS THE GARAGE

My car went in for an mot and passed fine, when I fetched it home the power steering fluid was leaking everywhere. I took it back and they charged me to fix it(I had no problem with that) I went to pick it up again and it was still leaking. They had it in again and told me it needed a part from Ford so they went ahead with it, they then had to re order the part as they broke it trying to fit it. So I finally went to pick it up again and surprise surprise it’s still leaking. I’ve been without my car for over a week now and had to pay each time it went in. They was also rude to me over the phone so I Would definitely not recommend them.

Car has been twice for the same fault. Firstly they replaced air flow sensors which I paid for , however did not fix the fault and after another 2 weeks of working on the car, they came back and said an injector was faulty. Due to the already high diagnostics bills which I was charged and their high quote for replacing the injector, I got another garage to do the replacement on the diagnostic information I received from The Garage and yet again the fault is still present so the large diagnostic bill I have already paid to The Garage was an absolute waste of money. I will never go back. UPDATE...after all that, it was a faulty battery.

My car went for an mot passed fine...The journey home which is a 10 minute drive got home realised was leaking powers steering oil (not a drip i’m talking a visible stream) took it back was was told they would look straight away waiting over an hour then was told they haven’t got the time they will look tomorrow which was fine every garage can be busy it took a week of calling 2/3 times a day to get there arses in gear they got the part was told it would be done Thursday afternoon was then actually fitted Friday evening and was still leaking I was told he would look Monday somehow was able to get the part and fitted before Monday afternoon bearing in mind it took him a week in Advanced to do the seal the first time got it home lone behold it’s still leaking I called about it and they was rude and laughed down the phone was highly not appreciated definitely would NOT recommend

I have used The Garage for a couple of years now after moving here from Sussex and have found them to be honest helpful and extremely competent
I would thoroughly recommend them ... Jamie and his team are very helpful

Do not use them I had blocked oil strainer caused by leaking injectors they quoted me £1400 for new oil pump. Friend sorted it out in one night they recommended new engine or scrapping the car.
