Took my car for MOT & its annual service, really pleased with price & level of service.
Facilities were to dealer standard but with independent garage value for money & friendliness

Booked an mot in with Hawkwell Green only to get a message a week later saying it had been cancelled and to ring them. No one available to answer phone. Managed to book another online but again same thing. Found out today that they went into liquidation in September! Their head office is still going and even have the option to be put through to Hawkwell. An appalling way to run a business 😡

Make sure they can do the work on your car before having an MOT
I took my van told them I had a week holiday to sort it and they picked the van up for a number of things that they passed the last two years and then said they couldn’t do the work for over a week ! Leaving me in the middle of the Forrest of Dean with a vehicle then doomed unsafe
Cheers for that I only just got it done and it only cost £70 at another garage so thanks for nothing
Won’t be going back there it was emotional
