Always great service when I drop my car off. Dean (I think that's his name), is always so welcoming and always puts my mind at ease when speaking about my car when I ask a zillion questions about things they've found with my car. Definitely recommend!

Honest. Booked to have front 2 tyres replaced. They noticed one of them was in good condition and a rear was not so swapped these over for free.

Took my car for MOT and Service.

Absolutely terrible experience with the guys. I had booked in using my Autoguard warranty for a minor repair on a car. I got the impression from the initial call that they really didn’t want to do warranty work with feedback on the phone that ‘Fiat parts are hard to get, but they’ll have a look’. So I booked in, drive the 15 miles for the appointment only to be told that they won’t do the work as Autoguard hasn’t paid a bill. Very frustrating that a) they have made their credit control issue my problem and b) no body bothered to contact me if they were indeed having issues with collection of money from Autoguard. If it was a systemic issue ie months of unpaid invoices then they would have known that at the time; if it’s a minor issue then they could have dealt with the matter completely differently. Either way, very poor

The team at Halfords Crawley were fantastic. I went to them after an unexpected problem with my exhaust arose. Despite not having booked my car in, the team were happy to help and George fixed my exhaust the same day. Great service.

Very professional and friendly. I have had many bad experiences in different garages so it's hard for me to trust but Halfords made the difference and I will recommend and comeback.

Friendly, helpful and they got my car back to me in time for an appointment. Can't fault any aspect of this branch.
