Borough Green Garage

We broke down today on the M26 and called round garages to see if they could fit us in should recovery need to tow us to a nearby garage.
Kevin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, talked me through the potential issues with the car, given the engine management light that was showing.
We're all busy... But he gave a good 20 minutes of his time, out of his busy day to provide advice and share his expert knowledge. And for that I couldn't be more grateful. 👍🏻

Called into the garage today with a suspected water/oil leak. After a short wait car was diagnosed and fixed while I waited. Great service and lovely staff. Fair price too. Definitely will be using this garage again and definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy garage.

Nothing is too much trouble and trust them implicitly. All work discussed and explained by their knowledgeable team and regularly send family, friends etc to them.

Brilliant in every way

I have picked up my new to me car today and I can't praise them highly enough. Charlie has been a great support in our choice of car and was there from us from test drive to collection today. I highly recommend :)

MOT was done quickly and efficiently. We broke down in our other car and a driver dropped us home and picked me up once the MOT was done. We left the overheating other car with them to repair.

He went above and beyond to help me and my dad by staying after closing time to complete the sale of the car, which demonstrates how important customer service is to him and the company. The office was warm and clean and welcoming, which is just what I needed after travelling 100’s of miles to get there. I highly recommend Brough Green Garage as probably the best independent garages in the region for their value for money, workmanship, friendliness and, most importantly, honesty. I spent a year looking for the right garage for my classic car collection and family daily cars. As a hobbyist car restorer, I can be very precious about who touches my cars and tend to do most of the work needed myself. I only came across BGG as I needed 4-wheel tracking to be done on one of my cars and I was nervous about leaving her alone, so stayed and watched. After one year and at least 9 of our cars going through the garage, I can say with total confidence, I would leave any of my cars with the brilliant BGG team. I know they would be cared for as much as they are with me. But more than that, I trust them completely to do the right thing. One example; BGG told me an expensive complicated fault I had asked them to fix for me was not as bad as I had diagnosed, and they fixed it for me for a fraction of the price I thought it would be.

Superb garage with friendly staff and reasonable prices. Been using for a few years for 2 cars and have been consistently very good.
