Excellent customer service, James was really helpful and good communication.
I was struggling to find anywhere that could replace the clutch on my van in the same week. Someone recommended this garage and they said they could do it this week.
Dropped it off Tuesday night after closing - easy to get recovered to and left it round the back, keys in Dropbox.
Now…they never actually did the repair due to unforeseen circumstances.
But…when James called me to let me know this on Friday morning, he had already found another local garage willing and able to get the job done that day.
Completely trust these guys and would recommend thoroughly - they gave away a £800 repair to another garage just to make sure that I got the vehicle back when I needed.

They called after booking via book my garage & told me I should've gone direct through site. They did MOT & failed it due to lower suspension wishbone (fine, not something I can check as service own car). Told me they could fix it next day. Didn't attempt to hold steering wheel in place whilst renewing the wishbone arm thus steering wheel was left at approx 2 o'clock position. Told "it would need 1 week to bed in" - unsurprisingly it didn't bed in. Went back and said they'd realign for £45 (they did not mention this before getting the work done). Got it done elsewhere for £35. Will not be going back.

I have been using your service for a while now. I can only say that every time I come, I get nothing but an excellent experience. From the moment I pass through the door, the place talks about itself. Immaculate and clean. Carl and James are extremely kind, welcoming and professional. Their experience and expert advice is extremely helpful. Their prompt reply and super fast response is appreciated. And they never fail to impress.

Had my MOT here recently and would highly recommend. As a young woman who doesn’t know much about cars, some garages can be intimidating - these guys are really welcoming and took the time to show me what was wrong with my brakes before fixing them. I used JNCCARS for my MOT having read the reviews by other customers. I was very impressed by the professionalism and speed of service. Their price was not bad either! Having just moved to the Midlands, I was worried about finding a reliable garage and being ripped off, but I can honestly say their pricing was very transparent and they did not try to add on any extra charges / works than was necessary as some MOT centres will tend to do!
