Lukas has again looked after me with a gearbox refurb and replace within 3 days.
1st class service

Zero Communication. Got my car there for over 5 weeks. I had to always ask and check progress, and got one or two word answers over text message usually. Hoping that they are working on it, thinking they are busy lads leave them to it, they will let me know when the part arrives so they can fix it. Turned out they didn't know what was wrong and that's ok...but instead of saying...sorry we can't fix it...we haven't got a clue, take your car elsewhere for second opinion...keept leading me to believe they looking for solutions. In the end not even picking my calls. Got someone else to collect my car from their garage and got to actually drive it in two days from changing garages. So make your own assumption.

Absolute angels, managed to fit me in same day, and repair my car within half hour.
Quickly diagnosed the fault, and sorted it straight away.
Can't thank them enough, made a once stressful morning, a lot more easier to cope with

Took my car in for an MOT. It failed the emissions test. He suggested I replace the catalytic converter. Was going to charge me £400 for a new one. Took it to Halfords the next day and it passed the emissions test. Dodgy place!

Great service and managed to sort my motor out twice at short notice. Top blokes and definitely my go to garage. Very good on price too.
