Tollgate MOT Service Centre

Shocking customer service. Oil and/or grease all over my interior. No apology just excuses about how it wasn't them! Also made it worse by rubbing it into the seats with a cloth. Asked me to come back the following day to do a job on the exhaust he promised me he would weld himself, after forgetting to do the job. Didn't forget to charge me though. Arrived at opening time. Didn't have time. Already been charged for this. People haven't got time to keep coming backwards and forwards when they have jobs themselves!! Cowboys.

Avoid at all cost!
Went in for a simple job, did a completely different job and charged us without the original problem being fixed, had to wait a week to have the actual fault sorted. Up on returning, had abuse hurled at us from the tall guy that looks like lurch who I believe is Paul. Will never ever go back and wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

Have used Pete Paul and team for our cars for many years, they have always done what they've said, never had any issues. They will go above and beyond for you too. Thank you to all the team 👍

First time I have had a Service and MOT at this garage.I was impressed with the service and price. Definitely recommend this garage.

Excellent service, investigated beyond what was expected of them for the job they were paid to do and found faults that were pennies to fix there and then but much, much more later on! Will definitely be back for all future work.

Tollgate has looked after my cars for the last 12 years and I have never been disappointed they are fairly priced and won't rip you off ,I thoroughly recommend them.

Outstanding service.. diesel engine re build ....and re- install....engine like new.. more power / power restored... pulls so much better from standing start and in every gear. And engine gets up to normal temperature quicker and cabin warms quicker
