I took my car in for the air conditioning to be repaired at 08.30 one day. It had already been pressure tested and found to have a leak. BTC's job was to locate the leak and fix it. At the end of the day all they had done was to have located the leak, apparently in the condenser. Reluctantly I paid a £50 deposit and booked the car in for another full day the following week. Towards the end of the day they hadn't contacted me so I phoned them only to be told it was not the condenser but possibly the pipes. After having my car for two full days they were no nearer fixing the problem then when I first called to book it in. Also not once did they call me to explain the situation. Unprofessional service!

I have used this garage for many years now, I have no complaints whatsoever, jono and the rest of the lads are always friendly polite and helpful, they will do all they can to help you.

Do not pay cash. As would not give me receipt of work done and then said he did the work on my car which was not done. AVOID , he does not contact you either you are constantly ringing and chasing up what's happening.
