Kwik Fit - Merthyr Tydfil

Hi just come to Wales from Cornwall and had a heart fluttering experience on route. Engine management light came on car and called in here to have it checked out. Spoke to guy called Gavin who sorted us out . The depot was spotless and all staff were friendly and well pressented. Highly recommend this place.

Lovely group of lads. Helped me so much, needed a new clip at the back of my exhaust, did it free of charge, done very quickly. Very good service. Definitely will go back again.

We had a puncture on our way to holidays, late on a Saturday afternoon. Merthyr Kwik Fit had us back on the road in less than half an hour. Brilliant service from Huw and his friendly staff. Highly recommend. We will be back.

Fantastic customer service. Phil and the team did me a huge favor fitting a new car battery at short notice. It's easy to tell they take a lot of pride in the work they do and have a high standard of service. Thank you so much

The boys were brilliant however they could not handle the work load. There was nobody working in the office which led to confusion regarding who is being served when. You need someone who's job it is to do the paper work/ Office work so the boys can continue to work on cars, instead of having to come in and out.

Booked in my Passat for 2 new tyres and wheel alignment for the following day (Saturday 22nd October) on the website, when I turned up I was greeted by Jake (or Jack, I’m not sure) and explained that I had booked an appointment. He took my keys and gave me a time frame for when I should return, he was spot on and on my return he talked me through the info on the tracking screen. Swift payment and I was all done.

Unfortunately I had to take the car back due to the steering wheel being slightly out. I didn’t book an appointment but when I went to see Jake he said that once he was finished the vehicle he was on he would take a look. Slight adjustment was needed, I took it back out but it was still the same. Returned to the centre where it went straight back onto the ramps another slight adjustment and third time lucky it was spot on.

I would like to thank him for his perseverance to get this corrected, it was very professional of him. Thank you again.

Pleased with tyres ready after ordered appointment online,
I a nice relaxed environment when waiting,
And the most important thing for me after past experience was no sales pitch, trying to push on extras or to join into a contract to pay for future tyres or services or breakpads are due and need changing, nice easy and relaxed service this time 😀

Great bunch of lads, very honest, very efficient, I always use them and all the family do too...
