Waiting for 3 and a half hours to be told a number of different excuses before finally being told they cant make it. All people want is honesty. Taking the mick and now waiting for a different company.

Having found ourselves in the middle of the Brecon Beacons with a caravan on the back of our broken down car on a Saturday afternoon, few people would have been interested in helping us, let alone being able to diagnose and temporarily repair a hidden problem with a turbo vacuum pipe in the middle of a field! The service from RT William's was outstanding.
