Halfords Autocentre Llandudno

Definitely will be booking my car again for the next Mot. Very professional, friendly and thorough. Just be aware that it's not at the main Halford shop! I hadn't read the details on how to find the place beforehand.

Car booked in for wheel balance & aircon diagnostics 10am. I dropped off my car at 9.45am, walked around waiting for them to call but didn't. Walked back by 11.20am only to find my car hadn't been touched!
Unbelievably the the boss said my car was booked in for 8.30am? Not true!
I couldn't wait any longer as had to go to work. Incompetent staff work here, I don't recommend. I wasted a whole morning. Appalling place.

I have taken my car to many different garages and none of them can beat the top notch service I received from the young mechanic at the desk to the experienced and intelligent mechanic who worked on my car! For as long as I am in North Wales, this will be my go to garage! Thank you guys for today!

The staff at the llandundo branch are very much dishonest and I'm very disappointed in the service received.

I drop off my car at 7:16am this morning and posted the keys through the letter box for a free steering check at 8:30am

They told me that the car was checked and they found no issue so I should return when the noise gets louder.

As I was about to enter the car I realised that it wasn't moved from the parking spot.They couldn't have checked it if the car wasn't moved.

The manager there today is very dishonest as well because i know for a fact it was not move.

I understand it is a free service but I shouldn't have been lied to. Very disappointed.

Went to get new bulbs fitted to be told that it was an electrical fault. Told to go to Halfords retail as they deal with electrics or go direct to Ford. Halford retail said referred me back to the autocentre and advised me to complain. Went direct to Ford only to find out it just needed new bulbs. They should have replaced the bulbs and checked before assuming it was an electrical fault. Won't be using Halfords autocentre ever again.

Its been a few years since ive taken my car to Halfords for its annual MOT, but it was a real pleasure taking my car there.

The staff were friendly and my car passed with no issues found.

I will definitely be returning there next November.

MOT and Brake fluid changed. Brilliant service and excellent price, definitely will be using them for any other services needed.

Excellent service from Anthony on my old Astra. Called with an Auxiliary drive failure( belt and crank pulley) at the end of the day. Dropped car straight off, no fuss. Kept informed of progress and car repaired ahead of time. Very professional and friendly. I’ll be happy to return. Thanks!
