Following my M5 being Damagaed by another garage, I took it to these guys for the repairs. They were incredibly friendly and I received a warm reception and an incredible service from them. They clearly have a passion for exotic cars and were amazingly helpful when it came to diagnosing the issues and arranging a fix. Couldn't recommend them highly enough!

A few weeks later my SMG failed...( known issue with E60 M5's ) and again Star Autocare Ltd came to my rescue to collect my veichle as well as repair it! Infact gear changes are now faster and smoother since!

Star Autocare is now my regular go to garrage for any work I need carried out on my car and I'll be popping down for some custom exhaust modifcations later this month !

We have been using star for a good few months now after being recommended by someone in work. I can say with all honesty that they are the not only incredibly knowledgeable and skilled mechanics but they're also just the nicest people you could ever have the fortune of working with. They were once described to me as mechanics with a conscience and this couldn't be more true. They went above and beyond when we took our sprinter in for an engine swap, they kept us up to date and completely in the loop, they provided a courtesy car for much longer than they needed too and since we've had the van back the aftercare has been fantastic.
They say nothing is perfect but star really are testing that saying, if I could give higher than 5 stars I would.

I had just bought a BMW 2002 and drove it back from Belfast. Along the way, was desperate to sort out the steering and stopped by this place by accident. Not only were they happy to drop all and do it, but we’re such a great bunch of helpful people!

I cannot thanks these guys enough. I was stuck with a shattered wheel bearing and had 3 days left before I needed to tow the caravan back home. My holiday was in bits and after phoning 6 garages with 2 weeks waiting time. Star fully understood my nightmare and fitted me in. Next day it was sorted and for the right price. We are on holiday on Anglesey and my 12v battery decided to die. I called around a number of garages / mechanics based on geographic area. No-one could help and then I spoke to Doug from Star Autocare. He said he was happy to help and they sourced me a battery in less than one hour which I think is amazing service. I then popped in and they fitted it in 5 minutes. The team were all very friendly and helpful. I cannot thank them all enough for being so accommodating and helpful. I would fully recommend using these guys.
