I have used Saunders for over 10 years now and they have always been keen to help, professional and not overpriced. The last few years I've been bringing my old Honda CRV and she has always been well looked after. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Great staff. Great service. I'll see you again next month when I treat my Honda to her annual service!

My aunt visited the garage today. The lady on reception was absolutely lovely so no quarms with her whatsoever - can I extend my thanks to her. However it was the older mechanic who was particularly dismissive and downright rude towards my aunt who had taken her car in to diagnose an odd squeak that's very intermittent. I suspect on the occasions I've heard it to be anti-roll bar bushes or similar - she hasn't had the car long. My aunt is quite a nervous person as it is and as I am working away a lot so unable to take it for her at the moment. He spoke down to her, making her feel stupid and she was upset about it when I got home today. Not only am I a huge petrol head but I have worked with cars for decades. His diagnosis was dirt in the brakes and the hot weather which is utter tosh. I've changed enough brakes over the years and know cars enough that it is not that!
This attitude towards female drivers is just not on! We shall never be going to this garage again.

Myself and family have used this garage for a number of years now. Saunders were originally brought to my attention after a close friend was visiting my area and decided to visit them on a whim after being faced with some rather convoluted and persistent car trouble... The idea of a friend using a garage I was unfamiliar with filled me with some scepticism at first. But after witnessing the lengths, time and effort that Saunders put in to 'correctly' diagnose and then rectify the problem has resulted in myself bringing vehicles here ever since. It was fantastic. I have never any issues with work that has been carried out to my vehicles, and more importantly I have always felt confident to make an informed decision on proposed work each time. Notably I've always had a pleasant and friendly experience with both staff on the front desk and the mechanics in the garage. With garages it's always peace of mind to know that there is somewhere I can reliably trust - As of now I think they have proven themselves time and time again.

A garage you can trust! They don't try and pull the wool over your eyes - tell it as it is and explain (and show you if you want) what the problem is. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for - good service.
