My disabled mother car went for mot and it failed so I done the work what it failed on and then toke it for a re test and they failed something that wasn’t on the retest so they didn’t need to check when they checked it first time terrible service will be getting in touch with right people to resolve this

Well had car mot there it failed on bolt or bush worn on bother real hubs yet there's 4 separate bushes on each rear hub of my bmw. When phoned them they still couldn't pin pont specifically which ones they failed on .. took to bets and it was worse than what they failed it on meaning I could have got them to do the work an still needed more than what they said done . Not the best experience for me at this garage
