Kwik Fit - Wrexham

Had some work done on my car the other week by Rachel, and I can honestly say it was the best service I've ever received!

Would highly recommend anyone who needs any work on their car to come to this garage. She was cheerful, polite and did an amazing job. If you come to this garage make sure you ask for Rachel, you'll have all your highest standards met.

Went to Kwik Fit to get two Taxi's wheels aligned upon entering I was greeted by a lovely young chap who was able to fit my two Taxis in. Upon discussing with the chap one of the Taxis had another job to get to and the chap promptly aligned the wheels and explained to myself how badly the alignment was out and managed to get it within specification. After doing that Taxi the 2nd one went on and also very fast and efficient service. Absolute amazing team working there highly recommend will defiantly be back if I need any other work done. :D

Absolutely great experience today. Rich Jones has been exceptional today. I had an issue with the lease company agreeing to replace all 4 tyres. Rich took the time to sort this out for me. Ryan was also awesome for fitting the tyres too.

After booking a 8.30 am time slot I would expect the car to be ready by lunch time, was told it would be all day. All day went past no contact. The following day I rang back at 3.30pm to be told the car was ready and the lady was surprised nobody rang me considering the car has been ready for ages. When came to collect the only thing I was told is how I wanted my receipt to be received…
Not very professional.

Knowledgeable staff and not trying to sell you something that is not necessarily needed at the time. My partner takes her car there and on a couple occasions was told that tyres etc would last another so many miles before replacements were needed. A big thumbs up for the Kwik Fit team.

Went there because I needed 2 tyres for my car, arrived at half two, a member of staff, the manager I believe, although he did not introduce himself, told me he could not do it, as there was not enough time, I admit I did not book. He was not interested in helping, not even a bring it in tomorrow, I have never felt so let down by a trading, very disappointed with lack of customer service or interest. Would recommend try anywhere else.

Arrived today with no appointment. Very helpful. Extremely polite. Showed me what was wrong before repairing. Perfect will happily go again.

I took a car today to Kwik Fit Wrexham and the customer service and Work done was excellent . I would highly recommend going to this Kwik Fit,all the staff are fantastic and nothing is a problem. I thought Brian and Rachael where the best staff on customer service I have seen for years 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
