Car went in for new bushings due to MOT fail, entire wishbones were purchased and fitted without consulting me, found out when I got the bill, also charged for tracking which was not completed, next garage I went to as I had uneven tyre wear asked me without prompting if I had had parts changed recently as "the tracking is way off" and "clearly has not been done since the parts have been changed" called the garage to complain and after 5 hours got a call back to say that "I must have hit a kerb" sent photos of extremely uneven tyre wear and explained how bad the tracking was but never got called back.

That were absolutely brilliant. Changed tyre very quick and very affordable. Would recommend.

Saved my life - thanks! Turned up with a tyre puncture, it was all fixed within 15 minutes - all in all, a friendly, efficient and inexpensive service.

Managed to limp to S&T with a flat tyre. They changed straight away. Didn't agree a price before they changed the tyre and what they charged was pretty reasonable. Would recommend.

Awful customer service. Took a car here failed MOT (no problem). Booked car back in with them advised it would be done same day. After 2 weeks with no car it was finally done. Rang every single day to be told there too busy to do the car ring the following day. Eventually spoke to a man and when I asked why is it taking so long he went on to say it was my fault (unsure how) also everyone's busy so just wait. I advised I was without a car and I appreciate garage's get busy but why was I told it would be done the same day if that's the case. He started getting arsey and told me "look I told you ring tomorrow" when I said I really wasn't happy he then preceeded to laugh at me and then put the phone down on me. Never called me back, also never apologised. Over 2 weeks later finally have the car back. Would never use this company again and would definitely not recommend.
