Newport MOT Centre

What a wonderful experience! After years of terrible experiences with OTHER Garages I finally found Newport mot centre. They made it such a pleasurable experience. They were friendly, efficient and went above and beyond for me. They accomadated my pick up and drop off times to suit my commute to and from work and even though my little old car failed the mot they had the jobs fixed and the car passed so I could still collect the same day.
Such lovely friendly gentlemen as well 😊 so I definitely highly recommend and cannot thank you enough for your hard work. Will definitely be returning!

Lovely people, quick to do the MOT. Fair price..£40..attractive waiting room with clean separate toilets for men and women, which again is decorated beautifully considering it's just an MOT garage. There are toys for the younger children to be occupied, there is free wifi, and tea/coffee equipment available to use while waiting as well as disposable masks, gloves and hand sanitizer on the table upon entering. All staff was wearing face masks, and very friendly. I would recommend these to anyone needing an MOT.

The service was very professional with a reasonable price. The waiting area is also well arranged with magazines and toys for kids.

It’s taken me a while to get round to writing this but I took my car in for an MOT and had a fair few advisories which I was quoted £400 for. A week later I tried to call up one morning to book the car in to have the work done and of the three times I tried to call the phone was picked up, I could hear talking and then five seconds later the phone was put down. It sounded like someone was picking up the receiver and putting it down just to stop the phone from ringing. So I took my car to a different garage and they said they wouldn’t have advisoried most of what was on the list. Trust has gone with this place, it was my first time there too.

My MOT centre i have been to since moving to Wales. Would highly recommend. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
