Amazing service 5star plus, staff on and beyond helpful, building toilets and garage cllaen and tidy, within 2mins of parking my car was up on the ramps within 25mins two tyres off and replaced. Credit where it's due ,, Outstanding service 😀😃😁

After shopping around for 4 new tyres on a vw tiguan I found Monmouth Kwik fit to be the best. I would like to give a special thank you to Alex Trigg who gave expert advice tyre choose for VW. Friendly staff and a good service.

It wasn't a very pleasant one to be fair they embarrassed us in front of other customers and made us feel uncomfortable me and my partner are disabled and we had to wait around in the freezing cold because they couldn't do the job we ha e asked them to fix. And they made lies up to motorability about our car we had this issue with another kwik fit and so we moved to another one thinking they would have better skills but the attitude of the young boy that dealt with us was very poor iam not very happy as and my partner are now having to stay at home due to falling down with a chest infection and made us drive home with a punchered tyre not happy at all

They went out of their way to get my M.O.T done after finding a main dealership had fitted an incorrect tyre after a puncture.
