Kwik Fit - Carmarthen

We had to stop due to our front nearside brake locking on.
The mechanics were fantastic. Not only did they do everything they could to resolve the problem, changing calipers and pads to no avail, but found out that there is an issue with the abs and that we shouldn't drive the car. Offered to remove the calipers and pads and allowed us to wait in the reception for the recovery services come and get us home.
Well done all of you, especially Dan who went far and beyond what was expected.

I was on Holiday in Wales and had a serious slow puncture. I booked a replacement for 2.00pm the next day. I dropped the car off in the morning and there was no problem leaving the car for a few hours so I could spend a day in Carmarthen. Received a call from Dan at 2.30pm to say car was ready and picked it up at 3.00pm. Did not waste a day of my holiday. Thank you Kwik Fit. LK

Lovely place very friendly staff Billy helped me very well, spoke threw all the tyre options I had and managed to squeeze me in,when they were obviously fully booked and very busy the car park was rammed and was in and put within 30 mins lovey staff very welcoming

Unfortunately I caught a rock with my front wheel which caused a bulge in the tyre. I visited the nearest Kwik fit (Carmarthen) it was mid morning on a Sunday. I was seen straight away and advised that it was not safe to drive on. The technician checked for stock of the tyre I required and advised an appropriate wait of 40 minutes. It was changed, fitted and checked within 30 mins.
Staff where friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
A good end to what could have been a disaster.

I had an immediate warning that the tyre pressures were not even across the two new front tyres, so had return straight back. When the tyre pressures were being corrected I noticed that my recently refurbished wheels had been damaged by the changing equipment. In fairness to Dan in Kwickfit, he immediately took action to resolve the matter and kept me well informed during the process until I got my car back, which was a three day process. I have never experienced this before and it has left me very concerned about using Kwickfit in the future.

These guys absolutely saved my day, I was stuck with a flat tyre and no tools or spare and they sorted me out in no time at all. Honestly can't thank them enough, cheerful and happy to help staff, fantastic bunch of people

Fantastic service at KwikFit Carmarthen. Had a puncture at home, phoned them up and spoke to "Dan" to see if I could book the car in for a tyre change. Dan managed to get a passing van to put some air in the tyre to get me to the garage and changed it straight away. Absolutely fantastic service, wouldn't go anywhere else, will always go thee from now on.
