Very unprofessional. Took my car in for 9.30 yesterday morning they told me they needed it for the full day. 4pm came and I had no call or update so I phoned and they said they were having trouble taking a part off to fix it and they will ring me back the end of the day. No call. No call all day today. Phoned them at 3.30 they said it was ready but they don't take card only cash. So I had to walk to a cashpoint to get the money out, walk back and wait for a taxi. Got to the garage for 5.55 and its all locked up I'm now standing in the rain and the taxi place ain't answering. I phoned and said I was on the way!
