Kwik Fit - Pontypridd

Excellent service! I was a bit stressed with my engine temp sensor on and beeping. Very polite gent there explained everything, topped up the coolant, did an overall check and did not charge me a penny! Thank you so much again👍

What an amazing service. I always pop in to get my tyre pressure levels checked for free. The boys down there Never charge me a penny. So yesterday I did my MOT there, and there was a fault with my front dipping light that caused my car to fail. Not only did they manage to squeeze me in the next day, they also replaced the light for free!
Amazing service from Callum and the rest of the boys, this is an exceptionally well run service and a credit to the entire Kwikfit franchise. Can't recommend highly enough.

Did the job of changing my 2 back tyres......after calling me to tell me all my tires were bare and needed changing despite having had a mot the week before which said otherwise.... offered to change all 4 instead of the 2 already for an ADDITIONAL cost of £300, despite my original 2 tyre already having been paid for at £140....

Scammers!

Also requested the free break check, received no info about it...

Wasn't called when my vehicle was ready to collect so had been left wandering through the high Street for hours before we contacted to see how long it would be as we had two under two years with us

I would have been stranded if it were not for the Service from Rhys Davies and his team. With only 30 minutes to closing, a busy forecourt and cars waiting Rhys made certain I was able to continue my journey to somerset. He and the team went the extra mile and I cannot thank them enough.

Very good polite and professional service. The young man who replaced my two front tyres, put a cover over my seat and wore gloves to drive my car up onto the ramp. They were very busy, but I was in and out in 45 minutes. Nice warm reception room and water available to drink. Happy with my overall experience.

The guys were great, really helpful but my car was booked in for a coil spring replacement & the supplier delivered the wrong one. I had to book half day unpaid off work to bring the car in today, unfortunately I have to book another half day unpaid next week to have the job done as I couldn’t get a booking on Saturday. The boys that work there were very helpful & in no way do I blame them, it’s just very frustrating

We arrived at the Kwik Fit at Pontypridd 10 minutes before closing time on a Sunday. Not only were Kwik Fit incredibly efficient and good value, but they were very kind - they stayed open past closing time to replace the tyre. Many thanks to the team at Pontypridd Kwik Fit. Highly recommended.

Whilst visiting the area from Wiltshire picked up a nasty puncture and called into the Pontypridd branch. Rhys was very helpful and true to his word the wheel was ready to collect the next morning. I highly recommend this place. Many thanks
