I must take time out to give this man some well deserved credit. With my car lease due for renewal, I stumbled across Ben Crompton @ CarNow through various leads.
Having come across many a sales contacts over the years within the leasing industry, Ben was by far the one person that stood out from the crowd, for his professionalism and friendliness.
From start to end, he has shown nothing but some good quality customer service. No request to big nor small. He was more than happy to answer all my queries with his industry knowledge and was happy to keep on searching until I was happy.
Needless to say, Ben has now placed me in my new car but his services did not stop there. He was happy to stay in touch after all the paperwork was signed (at which point to be fair, his job was done), to make sure that I was happy with everything and offered some specific vehicle knowledge to get me driving away in my new vehicle with familiarity with the specifics of the car.
If you require a lease vehicle or just need some advice, I would not hesitate to recommend Ben Crompton @ CarNow every day of the week!

Ben communicated with us regularly to keep us up to date with the progress of our vehicle and it’s expected delivery date. I have been dealing with Ben over the last few weeks, working out the details for 2x new vehicles on a business lease. Ben has been more than helpful, taking my calls and answering my emails at all hours of the day and night and working around my busy work schedule. At no point has anything seemed to be of too much of an ask. Couldn’t recommend CarNow enough!

Super easy and stress free process from start to finish. Ben kept me up to date throughout and answered and queries I had straight away.

Ben also has excellent knowledge on the current market and informed me of a loyalty deal on my existing car which in turn has saved me a lot of money on my deal!
