However, I have given a 5 star review for the service I have received as Gail Price at Pendragon has been very professional, fast and efficient when dealing with booking my Van in for a service. Always on hand to answer any queries I have and provides clear and concise instructions to follow. Keep up the good work!

Wouldn't give this any stars if I had the chance!

I sent them an email asking for the full report of my inspection upon collection in April 2021 - 13 months later without receiving a reply, and the odd statement being sent through, again with no report, I receive a request for payment within 7 days or legal action will be taken.

The initial charges were initially £1000 for a missed service fee (due to COVID, so out of my control completely) and then upon challenging they decide to reduce to £175 - how? What basis did they use for this?! Just an attempt to try and eek every penny out of customers.

Have also been asked to pay for "door damage" that would likely have not been fixed before the car was sold on.

Yet, they received the car back with 50% less mileage on the clock than anticipated as they car was hardly used for a year - not once did I try ask for a reduction in my mileage levels. They literally have no thoughts for the customer whatsoever and just want to take as much money off people as possible!

Avoid at all costs - its a shame as Evans Halshaw were brilliant throughout!

I’ve been working closely with Andrew in Account Management for the last few years, he’s always provided fantastic support to my business and is very happy to get his hands dirty when things don’t go to plan. Really happy with the overall service of Pendragon, Andrew and his support team.

I needed to sort out a new tyre, called them and within 5 minutes Gail had me booked in to a local Kwik-Fit that same day. Great stuff.

The team at Pendragon have looked after our account so well - throughout COVID, recent supply issues etc. I still have confidence that they are providing the best service. Particular thanks to Andrew, Christine, Sue and the administrative team.

Keep sending me invoices 6 months after the vehicle was collected. One minute it’s for the vehicle collection which was not in the contract, the next it’s for a chip in the windscreen that I had already had repaired before collection and sent them proof of repair. Absolutely disgusted. Never had any issues leasing through other companies. Avoid like the plague!!! It’s a shame as the broker (Evans Halshaw) have been brilliant and have been trying to help me resolve this, but I will never deal with Pendragon again after this. The car was immaculate and they would of made money on it, so why they are trying to bully money out of good customers is beyond me.

If you are handing any lease vehicles back ensure you hire your own independent inspection to take place at the same time the car is being collected , you will be billed for items that were not damaged on return and be told it’s your word against there’s and that the invoice still stands to be paid. DISHONEST COMPANY

Thank you Sarah, yes they have and nothing has been resolved. It’s basically my word against yours and that your right and there is nothing I can do about it. I have asked three times now for proof of respray of the car and I’m still awaiting a response. I have also asked for a three way conference call with the guy that collected the car and yourselves which I was told would be looked into but very unlikely and still awaiting an update on this. Not sure why this wouldn’t be possible. I don’t expect there to be a positive outcome after other reviews I have read, but this has taught me a very big lesson and that is to ensure I have my own independent collections report to be carried out at the same time. In all the years I have leased I have never had an issue with handing cars back until now abs this has put me off of leasing a car in future! An invoice of over £1000 to be paid on some items that are made up is dishonest and awful!

I am still awaiting a response of my last four emails so no this has not been resolved as of yet.
