Knowles Fleet

Have used Knowles for several years as the lease car providers for my work. They are always excellent, great communication, very friendly and accommodating. Also easy to use when looking to change your car. I've just had my new car delivered, organised to collect my last car and replace with my new car on the same day; minimum hassle. Would recommend highly, always great. 👍

I have used Knowles for a number of years and have always found them to be extremely helpful. I had my new car delivered last week and am over the moon to say the least. The service that I experienced from ALL involved from the call centre to the people that delivered the vehicle has been outstanding in all aspects. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. A big thank you for your excellent customer service.

Great service. Whilst I initially waited a while for my car due to production delays because it was electric, (not Knowles fault) Knowles were extremely helpful and constantly kept me up to date with what was happening. When my car did come it was swift delivery and Chloe, Callum and Nigel who I dealt with were always friendly and helpful and very professional. Would recommend.

Constantly increasing prices month on month. Ordered cla250e and was delayed by 12 months only for it to be cancelled. Then ordered a MG ZV EV and informed by Tom this car cannot be ordered the next day. Asked him if quotes made previously can be honoured and he said no. Now I have to pay more to get another car as prices have gone up. Poor service. Quotes only valid 14 days. Oh yeah also cannot find/filter a car by monthly budget as this option isn't available.

Really friendly, expert, flexible and helpful people I changed my pick up date at the end of my lease and they were happy to rearrange. All service, tyre etc enquiries dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Really good scheme, kept up to date throughout, been given lots of information with the car, quick delivery of the car once it had been manufactured, and been provided with ample contact numbers should different things arise. Highly recommend.

Great Service from Knowles, kept informed of planned delivery date and then pleasantly surprised when the car was available eralier than expected.

I've used Knowles who provide cars under our work based salary sacrifice scheme. They seem very capable & professional and all dealings so far have been very good. Their staff are knowledgeable & update you on progress & I've found all communication from them to be excellent. I haven't used them for any issues with the car etc so far but I have no reason to believe that they won't be anything other than completely reliable and professional based on my experience so far.
