Car Lease and Go

The service has been ok. The car is amazing and just as described. The only downfall was when the car was being delivered. The company said that they were unable to deliver the car at my workplace and could only deliver at my address. I found that rather weird because before signing up to the lease, the company said that they are able to deliver a car anywhere in the uk whether it be at your workplace or home etc. and they changed this rule after signing up. A lot of the things they say are very different to what they do. The PPM is quite extortionate after paying a large lump sum at the start and it should be reduced around £100. However, I have no problems with the car and it is brilliant.

Everything was explained and at each step of the application given clear information on the process.

Van was delivered on time and am already looking at getting a new van once current contract is finished.

I am shocked that this company are allowed to trade. I looked at numerous offers on their website and none of them were actually legitimate when I spoke to the old lady on the phone ( can't remember her name). They use the site to lure potential customers in. They should be banned for false advertising.

Highly recommend! From the moment I made contact with this company the customer service has been amazing. Barbara is so lovely and very informative, and I was always responded to within an hour via phone or email. I signed my contract on bank holiday (Saturday) and my car was delivered on the Wednesday.

I did read a few negative reviews prior and was a little nervous but I’ve honestly received nothing short of an outstanding service thus far.

I will do an update review in a few months time.
