Hertz - Gravesend

Old cars (46,000 miles). Cars parked so tightly so you can't inspect for damage. All four tires underinflated, including one dangerously so. 12v charger not working. Staff was very nice at least.

The manager Gurjit Matharu was very helpful when we came to him with a dud GPS that had been given to us at London City Airport. He found there was a loose wire and provided another one. When we returned the car he was very efficient and friendly. Excellent service

Been using hertz now for the past year to hire cars after using a few other rental places in gravesend. Staff are friendly and you are made to feel welcome. Cars are always clean and well looked after as well as being the most competative in price .
