Low Cost Car Rental

I have been renting from this company for 9 months. I have had so many problems with my personal vehicle and they have help me out in a huge way. The atmosphere is nice and welcoming and I am always greeted when walking in. The workers have a very bubbly personality and the more you rent from them you can collect points, the more points you get the better the rewards get that you can turn them in for. You can even buy a vehicle from them! They have a phone with USAA on speed dial for easy convenience adding a vehicle to insurance if you are military. They also keep things well organized and clean.

This company has been such a pleasure to work with. Communication is wonderful and we’ve been renting from them for over a month now with zero issues. We ended up buying a car from here and it’s been a wonderful ride, and get free mot and monthly inspection on our vehicle with their warranty we bought. 10/10 recommend. Staff is wonderful

I've had to use them multiple times. Quick and easy every visit and they're willing to work with you. They're great for when you first arrive in the country and they're pretty affordable. Natalie is very friendly and helpful!

Very helpful rental company. The car was exactly what we needed and for a very competitive price. Most impressive was the customer service. We were able to both extend our rental and return it early when needed with no issues. They also do a complimentary fluid check on your vehicle when rented long term. Highly recommend for anyone looking to rent a vehicle in the area.

Jillian at the front desk is always the most pleasant when it came to customer service. We had an issue with our vehicle heat. She exchanged it for us, made sure the new vehicle was super clean and working, and didn’t give us the least bit of resistance. This is actually our second time renting with low cost car rental and if ever in need again, they’ll get our money no questions ask.

The Staff was super professional and friendly. I rented a car from another local shop previously and they were unreasonably expensive and had a lot of hidden charges. Low Cost was affordable and the car was amazing as well. I will definitely recommend Low Cost to anyone coming to the UK… especially for service members who want to be make the transition here easier!!

Though some of the vehicles here are a bit older, they provide reliable vehicles. The staff here are friendly and professional. I highly recommend this establishment to all and especially military members. They have streamlined their process to make adjusting in England easy. I recommend coming here for all your rental car needs.

The customer service that I have received has been top notch. With the issues I have had with my vehicle, they made it easy to drop off, get a rental car and take care of my vehicle. I would recommend them to all of our service men and women who PCS to the UK.
