Amazing service, tried to help as much as they could during a very busy day, guy called Ben who we spoke to was so thoughtful and even went the extra mile to pass his own out of hours number for us to contact and let him know we got to our hotel for the night safe, gaurenteed we would get the rental car the next morning and we did. Made a very stressful situation of been stuck more than 90miles from home a lot easier. Once again thank you.

Very bad customer service. Fobbed off with every excuse under the sun as to why there is no rental car available for me which was sorted and paid through my insurance after a crash 2 weeks ago. Heavily pregnant with an additional needs child with no transport to any appointments. Spoke to Hailey she was lovely however the manager almeriz was useless. Telling me that I should’ve set off earlier to pick up my rental that they’ve messed me around on. So here I am 2 weeks later still without a car and a very bad negative experience for a heavily pregnant lady.

Needed a van at short notice to move a sofa

Enterprise were the cheapest around and could book online that morning

Slight hiccup online meant that the van I booked for 9am wasn't available until 12 (booking online issue not the staff) - call to confirm they have the van before booking!

Was given 20% discount for the trouble

Easy return and massively economic on fuel (put the van in eco mode!)

Would 100% use again

Have tried other car / van rental companies and always come back to Enterprise the staff at Boston Lincs are great and the vehicles are also. The pick up and drop off service is very handy but liase with staff over timing to avoid delays. Five star service!

Staff very friendly and efficient. Ben helped me a lot, nothing too much trouble. Dropped my courtesy car off for me and picked it back up again from garage. Excellent service! Would highly recommend!

Make sure you ask how much they will charge a litre to refill the car when they offer to fill it for if you don't take it back full.
I got stung at £2.09 for petrol, it was £1.55 at the station!

It's all about the staff, their attitude and how they help, they are always good
