Europcar Worthing Lancing

Very nice lady at reception who was most apologetic.
Have been kept waiting the last two car hires as the first time the car needed an oil change and service which meant I had to wait one hour and the second time the car had to be refuelled and cleaned so 40 minute wait. Not great. Also no parcel shelf which was ‘OK’ apparently as the car had tinted windows?!

Do not under any circumstances hire from here. My husband booked a car to be delivered , had to contact them as it was past the delivery slot time only to be told that they were still trying to get us a car. He booked 2 weeks in advance of our travel date. We had to cancel in the end because they couldn't get us one.

Patz, who helped me with pickup and drop-off, was great! My whole experience was fun and friendly. I got a great car, for a great price, and didn't have a single issue, problem, or unexpected charge/fee.

Great depo with very friendly and professional staff. I always hire from here and the vans are always new or in great condition. Big thanks to Roger and Patz

Staff are lovely but unfortunately they work for a company unable to provide them with all the documentation needed to run a proper hire company. Avoid Europcar.

Had an issue with my hire van that I originally rented from Essex. Whilst in worthing called Europcar Whorthing dept told them about the problem with my van, told me to bring it to them and they swapped it over no problem. Recommended

My hire car delivery and collection service was brilliant and saved a lot of hassle. Perfect.
