Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Chorley

Hired a Ford Luton van to take to Spain via France, staff were friendly and very helpful guiding me through exactly what needed to be done.
Great prices if you book in advance.

Genuinely appalling service. I got a call five minutes before they shut the last working day before I was due to rent a car at 8am. Started off by asking if I could collect later in the day because someone else wanted to return a car later in the day. I said I couldn't because we were going on a holiday and needed to be away early. She then changed approach and said their underwriters had denied me cover despite me having used them several times in the past. Obvious that they'd just noticed they were double booked for the following Monday morning. Left it too late for me to arrange anything else. Will never use Enterprise again. Not only was the customer service appalling, they gave me no other option for the holiday so it was in effect ruined and wasted money on plans that never happened. Bunch of children playing at running a business.

Have rented with them on 3 trips to Chorley when visiting from New Zealand. Very friendly helpful staff. Trying to book again for July , just need someone to reply to my emails

I've rented with these guys a couple of times through work and they are always friendly and helpful, one guy called Ibby even went above and beyond to make sure I got the exact car I preferred and after driving it I found it to be exceptionally clean and mechanically solid. Another guy helped provide me with a car for work with 2 hours notice on the same day and he was really nice about it. I can't fault them, solid, friendly and consistently reliable service. I would strongly recommend.

Enterprise Car Rental were not just good - they were brilliant and absolutely excellent, leaps and bounds ahead of the competition.

I initially had problems booking a car with another rental company and had been let down, so contacted Enterprise I was contacted very quickly bye an employee called Bilal. Who I can honestly say went above and beyond in helping me book the car I wanted not to mention at very short notice. Check-in was quick, speedy responses, low rental and the car was spotless and all information was clearly explained.

I was so impressed with the first class service received I would not hesitate in recommending this company, it was a pleasure and I will certainly be coming back for any future rental needs. A special thanks to Bilal for all his efforts and hard work in arranging my booking.
