Not majorly happy. Came up as the cheapest option on compare site but was unaware of a holding fee of £200. Was not clear and a nasty surprise when arrived to pick up hire car. Also was told the returnable £200 could take up to 2 weeks to show up in my account! Outrageous! This needs to be clearer if this is their policy! 😡
