Hertz - Lancaster - Holiday Inn

This is one of the big holiday inns for somewhere thats not in London.
Gym
Pool, free parking (remember to logged your car in) and some decent size rooms.
Im on the 3rd floor which has a pretty good view.
Staff here are really good, I was reminded that I can have 10% off as an ihg member and never seems to be that busy at reception.
Had no problems so far.

Best car renting experience in UK I have ever had. Friendly and extremely helpful staff. They literally saved my weekend after my booking was cancelled in Avis at the very last moment(because I'm foreigner). 10/10

I'm having 12 years rental car experience and I must say: This might be Britain's best rental car station! I picked up a car a few min before closing...all the way friendly, even though it was Friday 5pm...that's how rental car customer service is done! 5*****s without hesitation! When I'm Lancaster I would come again.

The best place to hire cars and vans by far if I could give more than 5 stars I would Simon and his team great bunch of guys go above and beyond for you thanks guys top service 👍

Absolutely fantastic service from all 3 gentlemen that I have dealt with at this establishment. I used to use avis but they no longer exist in Lancaster and then after several bad experiences with europcar in Morecambe I used hertz lancaster and ill never go to anyone else. These guys have brilliant customer service skills and always go the extra mile where possible. Keep up the good work guys !

Absolutely appalling. Turned up to collect van booked a couple of months ago to enable me to move my student son's belongings to me accommodation and no van available. No communication from anyone. Only found out when turned up to collect. Now waiting for van to be brought from Warrington!!! Will never use again and advise others not to. I am livid.
