Reliable service, pay deposit obviously refunded after vehicle rental returned with no damage

This is a fantastic place to hire a car or van, as all their transport is well looked after and of good quality, breakdown is included, their prices are very reasonable, they are extremely flexible with their out of hours return times, the staff are absolutely amazing, so warm & friendly, plus in my experience, they really do care, as if it hadn't been for Tony manning the reception desk, I would never of got to my destination, I can never thank him enough, so helpful.

Unfortunate for me, I needed to get to a funeral in Somerset, and the day before I was due to leave, a Sunday, our car developed a fuel leak on top of water back pressure/overheating that my Husband couldn't get sorted after the whole cooling system was replaced, what a nightmare!

My Husband went to the depot and managed to arrange a hire car for me at 8am Monday morning, and got all the relevant paperwork done whilst i packed, they only had one car left (but it was small), I was still so lucky & when I got there, my first impression was what a lovely warm hearted man (Tony)who spoke to me so respectfully as he gave me some forms to sign, plus the car key, so straightforward.

What a lovely looking car, a beautiful 2010 Red VW Polo, she drove as good as she looked, perfect, and I had no problems all week, it was sad to take her back & I have now changed the way I feel about smaller cars, plus if ever we need to hire some form of transport in the future, we'll never go anywhere else!

I have nothing but praise for Their professionalism and great service. Even offered to drive myself and my 3yr old daughter home after dropping the rental car back to them. Great service and would definitely recommend using them as I will be if I need to.

Friendly staff, varietary of vehicals, cars to long wb transits, some with lift platform. Dont forget your paper section of your licence when hiring. Tony the guvnor will let you know how to get details from gov.uk if not in possesion of it.
When returning after hours the coded lock and gate can be a bit tricky.
