Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Waterlooville

Really great experience for the whole week I rented a car. Really satisfied with service and impressed with the car I was provided with, as well as Charlotte on the service desk being able to extend my rental even though it was due back for another customer within an hour. Defo will use again.

Had an excellent experience recently and found Fareena an absolute pleasure to deal with. Due to the recent train disruption as a result of the heatwave we decided to split our party and rent a car. We had initially rented a 5-seater SUV via the website as there were no larger vehicles available at that location. Following a quick query, Fareena was able to source a 9-seater van from another location and make it available within a few hours. This meant we could all travel as a larger group and ensured we made it to our destination on the same day.

Big Mix-up between my company and Enterprise, our newly designated preferred choice for hiring vehicles for company business. Booking online completed & confirmed with ease, but when i arrived to collect the vehicle there wasn't one available, & no company contact details on their system. For personal hire... great!!

Shocking. Booked hire car received confirmation and even told to arrive and Enterprise were expecting me not only by phone but also email. Told 2 minutes before arriving in a taxi that there was no car for me. Now missed very important meeting and potential new business contract as unable to stress tomorrow. Really bad. Pay more and use a family business who go that extra mile.

Awful experience. Returned van only to be told they have spotted a crack on indicator lens. This "crack" was approx 15mm in length and was barely visible with the background of the reflective lens. Could easily have been there and not documented on initial pick up. My bad for not bringing my magnifying glass on pick up. To cut a long story short I have been charged invoiced £206.09 for a lens costing approx £15. My advice, spend a veeeery long time going over the vehicle before you accept that there is no damage. Has left a very bad taste in the mouth.

Messed up my booking which was made via recovery so wasted journeys in travel costs. Then accused me of ruining a tyre even though I have photos before I drove off. Then proceeded to charge £150 for a simple tyre change and said I'd have a refund from that . Still waiting . Staff are rude and one refused to talk to me which happened to be the one that made my booking . Going elsewhere next time and sharing my review to everyone

On 8th Sept I rented a car for 5 days and my bank account was debited £345.20. Enterprise cancelled the rental the next day due to a flat tire! I had to find another rental to take my daughter 8 hours away to University. Despite the fact that I did not cancel the hire, I was told that a refund would take 3-5 working days. On the 16th Sept, 6 working days later, I have still not been refunded and so direct debits on my bank account have been refused. This matter was taken entirety out of my hands and yet I am unable to buy groceries or pay bills. I will be claiming compensation from Enterprise, a wholly disorganised operation that was incapable of having a tyre fixed or making an urgent refund of money it had not earned.

Super friendly staff. Second time dealing with this branch and every member of staff was absolutely incredible. Would definitely recommend it and with no doubts will be my first choice for a next rental. Keep up the good work guys!!
