Excellent customer service! We got picked up for free in the neighbouring town of Grange-over-Sands. We had a nice, comfortable ride, got a great car and pick-up and drop-off was simple and straightforward. 100% recommend

Best car rental office we encountered in all travelling history. Fantastic service with really professional staff that step out of their way to help you. We had a booking issue with booking.com, resulting in a failed booking and no car at the branch at arrival ( completely booking.com’s fault) but the branch manager George and team Josh went extra miles to get the issues sorted promptly- they kindly drove us to the accommodation and personally delivered the car to our place at 8pm ( well beyond their opening time) to ensure there was no disruption to the next day travel plan. I will not look elsewhere to hire a car when I travel again in the Lake District region

Expensive and takes too long to complete process to take and handover cars. In India time required is not even 10 percent.

Hired a car for a day drive around the Lake District. Overall service was good - getting the car at the beginning was a bit slow but we got a good car with satnav. We returned the car late, around 8pm and the process was easy - just need to drop off the key in the hole in the wall.

Unlike other enterprise locations, was unwilling to help out with a train arrival 10 mins past closing, wouldn’t do a pickup on Saturday as well. Seemed disinterested and unwilling to help each time I called. By comparison, the Enterprise in Morecomb stayed open late for me and was extremely helpful!

Rented a car for one day on 18/11/2022. Overall the rental proces and car were ok. Pick up time was quite long although I had given loads of info before arrival. But still just 1 star because of the annoying upselling of extra insurances with quite some pressure and ominous predictions of what will overcome me when something on the road might went wrong. It's good that rental car companies be clear about the terms and conditions but it's not ok when they use it to upsell expensive insurances based on the wrong facts. First story was that any damage will cost me the full amount of my own risk...being 1500 pounds. Only when I start questioning the employee could tell me that there would be a refund when the damage is priced lower then 1500. If you don't ask, facts will be predicted wrongly for Enterprises own benefits. That's not customer friendly to me. Cheers!

Try to avoid this one as I had bad experience recently, is good as delivered car to work place .but car was a lot of scratched on passenger site and seem been hit the kerb and hedges. and I have puncture soon I drove it same side the scratched. Can’t ring them next day because weekend closed. And few week later the key fob suddenly came off can’t drive it. Dropped the key at local enterprise. And a month later they sent invoices for tire and fob. Cost me arm and leg to pay
