Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Colchester

Mr Harry Mcginn, the Assistant Manager from Enterprise really looked after us today. He made sure we were happy with everything, and explained the dropping off procedure and anything to do with a damage report, fuel level, and assured me and my PA, Mr Bob. He said “it was perfect”. Thank you. Will work with you again. A1. He is a credit to Enterprise rent-a-car.

From start to Finish, Alex, couldn't have been more polite and helpful. It was our first time hiring a car. We needed to hire a car as we had a long journey to make and our car was in the garage.

Alex made sure we had the best experience. The car was clean, in great condition and most importantly we felt very safe driving the car. He answered every question we had and showed us all the features in the car before we set off, and reassured us that we can call if we had any further questions whilst on the road

Returning the car was very easy. The full deposit will be refunded. We recommend hiring a car with them, the overall experience was great and stress free.

Service was great at Colchester. Staff friendly and helpful.
Car was excellent, clean, great size, ran smoothly and fuel efficient.

Dropped car at Heathrow, and staff yet again were fast, friendly and helpful.

Got the shuttle bus from their drop off point to the terminal and the driver was excellent and extremely helpful.

Hello. I do not recommend it!!! they accept car reservations, and the next day at 4:50 pm they inform you that you can't pick up the car. and you are left with nothing. watch out for them!!!! But there was a car!!! You have taken reservations because I made a reservation over the phone. and you knew that I was paying with a debit card because I said and everything was ok and on Friday the day before picking up the car you changed your mind that it doesn't have to be a credit card!!!!! this is ridiculous. 0 stars
