I rented a vehicle from the Enterprise in Sittingbourne and the staff could not have been nicer. We arrived at the train station and took the short walk to the rental agency. They spent time for going over the vehicle with me because I have only driven Left Drive vehicles in the USA. The vehicle was perfect and was an amazing experience for me and my family. Hats off to the Sittingbourne crew at Enterprise.

Very helpful and friendly staff who cannot do enough for you. I've used them a couple of times over the last few weeks and everything has gone so smoothly and without problems. The cars were great and prices good too, I had to extend hire for a couple of extra days which was no problem for them and was only extra £47. I would highly recommend them and would have no problem using them again future.

Had a car for 2 days , while picking car up I checked around car I pointed out there was damage to the n /s/r alloy was told were not worried about wheels just the tyres , the damage was new as it flakes away in my hand , the employee didn’t even look at it , when returning car I was shown a small nick in the tyre in the exact same place as damage to alloy unfortunately as it was dark upon checking I did not see it as so small , now being charged £150 for a tyre , and they Denied I pointed it out , and no reply from damage recovery team !!! Make sure u check n take pics videos !! Wish i had

Fantastic service on Tues 24th Jan 23 sadly had someone crash into me whilst stationary and James Shackell went above and beyond and had me driving the very same day still ongoing with the hire but the service has been very efficient and friendly since nothing was a problem even when I wanted to swap the electric one for a petrol again once again he managed to get me driving with another car. Brilliant team at Sittingbourne and James Thankyou you literally don’t know how much your kindness means especially right now.

I was unfortunately involved in a crash about 3 weeks ago and my car insurance paid for a courtesy car for me to use from enterprise until my own car got fixed..
Everything went well until I had to give the car back!
They sent me a message on the Monday at 10am, saying that I have to give the car back my 12pm! Baring in mind that most people work on a Monday..I wasn't given any notice at all, no one called me beforehand to make me aware of the date that I had to give it back, no emails, no phone calls nothing!!! I called them to explain that I work and don't work in the area so can't drop it off to them... they got really arssy on the phone to me and said that the car needed to be handed back on that day by that time or they will start charging me for the car!! I work long hours shifts and have to travel for work...can't exaxtly ask my boss if I can just leave as I have clients all day to treat....Sebastian was very rude to me when I called them and said that theirs nothing they can do! When I asked to extend it, they told me they couldn't do that! They really didn't try and find a solution for me at all, every solution I gave them they kept saying no to it all aggressively! Doesn't seem like theirs good communication between the insurance company's and them! I was very surprised that they were not helpful at all and just seemed like they didn't care...It seems like they just think they can just do whatever they want without consulting the customer to make sure what's best for them...wouldn't use them again and I will make sure relatives and friends don't either..

First class, really impressed so far. Great car, no problems picking it up and so far have gone out of their way to be helpful. Cannot recommend more highly
