Quick and easy pick up and the van was almost new, better price than other nearby options too. Recommended 👍

They will pick you up and drop you off, BUT only on Monday -friday and only during a 3 hour window. If you are on any kind of schedule, the service is useless.
I've rented here several times and the car is never the one we ordered.

They provided very professional service since the beginning. No hassle to wait to connect to somebody on phone, very responsive in taking call, explaining the procedures, giving advice and offering helpful flexibility when there was some hiccup especially from Ms Natalie.

Natalie is a friendly and well spoken, very nice natured and understanding of your needs. Always ready to help you if she can.

Absolute shambolic both from the branch and company in general.
Booked a car for 6 days on the 16 July, two hours later had to cancel as had been pinged by NHS. Rang Leamington branch and cancelled expecting a refund of 378.51. Was told that it may take 10 working days so reluctantly i waited. Rang again on 30th, 2nd , 3rd and 6th each time was told somebody would call back but no calls came. Rang head office today the 9th and have been advised the refund request was not processed until the 6th August and i may have to wait a further 2-3 weeks. Totally unacceptable and probably a con that happens with lots of people. I have used Enterprise for my company and personal before but would not recommend to use them again. Still waiting for my 378.51 which is not a small amount of money. VERY POOR!!!! i WOULD OF PUT ZERO STARS BUT COULD NOT.
