So I rented a 7.5T for a house move.

The staff followed up with me 2 days prior as I hadn't filled the email out for information for them. To which I did that day. Doing this information saved me around 10 minutes checking the vehicle out.

All information given. The rental was a little dirty inside but it done the job.

It was a easy transaction, got my deposit back within two days, the mechanic and ladies at reception where helpful and happy.

I'd recommend this company and use again.

First time hiring a minibus, the people were friendly, explained everything to us, so it was an easy process of picking up and dropping off. On their website if you have any queries, you get a quick reply as I found out. Cheaper then I thought it was going to be to hire for a 9 seater. Would hire again.

Very reasonable price and decent van. Only negative would be not being told until the day that you cannot leave your own vehicle on their premises whilst you hire their van. This means you have to leave your car in the road on a busy main road. Would hire again.

I rented a car from these guys for 3 weeks in August 2022. The booking process was made easy by the fantastic help I received from Zoe. I was expecting an older Peugeot 208 but received a 2021 Clio which was great and averaged nearly 80mpg. I accidentally opened the door onto a post and caused a small chip and tiny dent. I was expecting a major drama when I pointed out the damage when I returned the car at the end of the hire. However this was not the case and I was treated very fairly. Thank you for a great experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend your company.

Very happy with my experience, was able to hire a van at short notice, it was an easy process to collect, van was full of diesel and had been cleaned upon my arrival. Competitively price and service with a smile. Im a huge fan or supporting local business, especially when they go the extra mile.

Brilliant all round. Needed a 7 seater last minute and was sorted over the phone easily. Customer service staff are friendly and helpful and explained everything perfectly. Was easy to collect and drop off out of hours, very good price and gorgeous car. Also staff were brilliant when the kids managed to leave a set of airpods in the car and they hunted for them. Absolutely recommend this company 100% and will use again when needed.

Picked up truck with no problems from office staff.
Shown around the vehicle and shown how to work the controls in a relaxed and friendly manner.
Returned truck and got the invoice the next day .
Very professional all round, highly recommend.

Very friendly staff and easy to hire a van. Only thing that let it down was the age of the van, very old with no parking sensors / AC / USB etc.
