Have been renting from them for over a year on and off. I have nothing but high recommendations for them as a company and service they provide me. New car, easy no hassle service, very polite and friendly. They go out of their way to accommodate my needs and have felt like this is the right company to rent from for me. Hiring the car is very easy and quite straightforward. However administration is absolutely amateur and frustrating, I made a request for quote of repairs and am still waiting after 2 months. Gave the car back, had some medical trouble so couldn't pay the last 2 weeks of rent on time but kept communication going and explained that I'm waiting for maternity to come in, however after only 2 weeks they started threatening to call a solicitor and anytime I contact to ask a question, their answer is "hello we are still waiting for your rent". When I've kept communicating with them and sent them the communications from hmrc.
I also asked for the invoice from the garage for the repairs, but I keep getting ignored and it looks like every time I speak to them they don't know what I'm talking about. Better to rent from someone else considering that communicating with them and transparency is hell.

Amazing company. Contact them on the phone ask me to come in. Everything went smooth they took my paperwork they give me the paperwork for the car. Very friendly staff always ready to help. I would recommend them to each and everyone

Wouldn't recommend going to them unless you've read every single word of your contract. My father is of origin Arab and he spoke with a guy from this company who also seemed to be of Arab origin. He acted very friendly at the start and very helpful. But upon his contract termination, he came out with many hidden charges which my father wasn't even aware of and kept the deposit.

One of the best place i have ever come across, their service is outstanding, always there for you to help and sending the documents within seconds. Fully satisfied with their customer service and their cars are more than reliable. Fantastic jobs keep it up. If I could I would give them golden star ⭐️ Not only five stars.
