This company is utterly awful. I had the misfortune to hire a car which when returned was fully valeted and in excellent condition but because I didn't want to continue the contract with another car they found fault after fault with it to boost there profits. I've delt with four or five hire companies and I've never had a problem. If I caused damage I would repair or pay up. The company itself are very pleasant to deal with initially till you query what you're being charged for then they're not so pleasant, particularly Peter and the threats begin. You've been warned! Not surprised this is the second 1 star they've had - ask yourself why before you go to these cowboys.

Cant say much till I hear back from the court which I have issued. 1 star is generous. Very poor customer service each bill every month I have had to correct and gave me a dirty car, on collection this morning they complained about dirty car.

Got a last minute short term hire a week ago when I suffered clutch problem and couldn’t have been happier with the service - really helped me out given the situation with driving tests at the moment

I have had my car with surepass for a little over a year now. I am really pleased with the services. It is a very personal services. I speak with the same person each time. Everything has been done and dealt with extremely fast. Could not recommend them highly enough. For any PDI or ADI starting out. Great customer services. My new car is on order with them too.

My husband is a driving instructor and him and his father have used this company multiple times over the past few years when there cars needed repairs, they've always helped us by getting a dual control car at short notice so we have no loss of work or missed test, great company great people 😀
