Booked a van to go to Spain, everything went smooth. Staff very amicable and professional on answering my concerns before my journey. Price really good. Great service from Luke and the rest of the team at Enterprise Tunbridge Wells. We hired a van to move house. Getting the vehicle was hassle free, and the van itself was really well maintained.
Would definitely recommend/use again.

Had a good experience when renting a van for moving. Staff on the phone and in store were friendly and helpful. Left my car there for the day. Got a bigger van than expected. The lady at the check in said to only worry about scratches or marks bigger than a £10 note, which seems very reasonable to me. Overall, pleased with the service.

The team here are fabulous. Unfortunately cannot remember everyones names but the team here are very professional and a pleasure to deal with.
Had a great experience also thanks to a gentleman called Alex who I believe may have been the manager. Whatever his role it's nice to see someone who has a challenge in front of them and starts straight away with trying to find the best solution. Glorious stuff !! Many Thanks.

My husband and I highly recommend Enterprise in Tunbridge Wells. We rented a medium size van for a day and cannot fault the service. We booked online and when we picked up the van the service was super quick and friendly. The van itself was really comfortable and a perfect size for moving our office. We will definitely use them again. 10/10 from us!

Extremely under staffed.
We got provided with a loan car by our insurance when our car was hit, the lady was on her own and rushing through the paperwork & was told just to sign it so she could give us the car and could help the next customer (which is fully understand and appreciate) however when we returned the vehicle on 1/10/21 and have tried to charge us for half a tank of fuel when we picked the vehicle up with half a tank and half returned it with half a tank. Not impressed.

Luke and Ben very kindly agreed to drive me home after a mix up at BMW, they were polite, calm and very much rescued my day! Despite only being there for a short time Ben has a lovely rapport and is very professional. Thank you again.
